Olivia offers a thoughtful, supportive environment focused on clarity, insight, and meaningful change.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, caught in patterns that aren’t serving you, or just not quite like yourself, she helps you take a step back, better understand what’s going on, and identify what will actually move you forward.
She works with children, teens, and adults facing anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, and trauma. With experience across school-based settings, outpatient therapy, and crisis work, Olivia brings a well-rounded and adaptable perspective to the individuals she supports.
Olivia holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Illinois.
Her work is grounded in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care, while also incorporating relational and attachment-based perspectives. Olivia is available for faith-based Christian Counseling for those who are interested in incorporating spirituality into their therapy. Together, you may focus on developing practical coping tools, strengthening relationships, or exploring deeper emotional patterns in a way that feels manageable and relevant to your life.
Olivia brings a calm, steady presence to her work and prioritizes creating a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and able to create lasting change.
